    Why didn't I get my full purchase price back? I returned the item in less than 10 minutes, what went wrong?

    The refund policy is based upon 2 issues:

    First, the wholesale price of the item. The developers can set their sales prices to be competitive with other items in the auctions, but There only guarantees the wholesale price (the base price that the developer pays to There for each item).

    Second, the length of time since the item was originally purchased. If the seller purchased the item five months ago, but is selling it for $T5,000, the refund amount will be the lowest amount of the original wholesale price of the item.
