Summer Solstice Gala Meeting Notes

So the reason why I posted here on the forums instead of Google Docs, because I think it's a great way for the community to interact with everyone for those who couldn't attend to the meetings. By posting it here, everyone can have an input on how they feel and what would they like to see. On that note, here is what we discussed.

Monday May 18th, 2015

A lot of names popped up for location. Here are some of the choices from the meeting.

1. Formal Pool Party

1. Hawaiian Gala Night
2. Hawaiian Summer Gala
3. (No Names made for Formal Pool Party)

Music:
I asked the community about what they would like, and I told them I've been in contact with Club99Radio and they all agree that they would be a good choice.

3. Finding Objects/Hunting Game
4. Quest
5. Cards
6. Buggy Basketball
7. Buggy Bash

Pre-Party:

After coming up with the list of ideas, the draft piece for what was mentioned in the meeting.

That's everything from the first meeting. The next meeting will be on May 24th, 2015 same time and place.
