In order to report this problem to There Staff they will need some information from you to figure out what's happening and the cause of the problem.
Steps to do:
- At your CURRENT LOCATION do the following thing.
- Control+Shift+H - That is your iHost information.
- Take a screenshot of your iHost information.
- Open your email client and send an email to: feedback@thereinc.com
- Subject: Location Full
- In the email box, upload the screenshot you just took of your iHost information.
- Explain in the email back where you're currently located and where you're heading to. Be sure to provide them your There.com Avatar Name.
- Submit your email.
These steps will help to trace the problem and to fix the issue that is going on. The more information you provide to There Staff the easier it is to solve the problem.
